In the workplace, Skilled nurses from Carewell Nursing Services will be responsible for assessing the working environment for identifying any hazard present to plan interventions to reduce the risk of any work-related injuries that may arise


Know and apply emergency care

As the first-line healthcare provider in the workplace, our nurses have excellent emergency knowledge and skills such as CPR and first aid skills.

Assess health of workers

Along with the HR/Safety department of the company, our nurses will conduct periodic medical exams for staff and assess their fitness to work. Regular health exams on hired workers and evaluation of diagnostic tests are important for the overall productivity of the company. Our nurses will be alert for any abnormal findings and refer these immediately to the concerned duty medical officer.

Admin & budgeting duties:

As a company nurse, our nurses will maintain all medical records of the employees. As part of the occupational health team, the nurse will monitor stock inventories, secure and budget funds for these.

Participate in continuing professional development activities
